DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. Positive: NO COMMENT Negative: DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT ITS IS NOT AS DESCRIBE OR AS THE PICTURES, BOOKING.COM SHOULD REMOVE FROM THE PLATFORM. WE ARRIVED AT 5PM AND THE APARTMENT WASNT EVEN READY, THERE WERE 8 CLEANERS TRYING TO GET IT READY. THE APARTMENT IS DIRTY, SOILED BEDS, DIRTY SOILED SOFA, DARK AND DINGY, THE BLOCK ISNT NICE EITHER. WE DIDNT EVEN STAY HERE I FOUND ANOTHER APARTMENT ON AIRBNB TO STAY IN. THE BLOCK WAS HORRIBLE, DIDNT FEEL LIKE A HOLIDAY APARTMENT AT ALL. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE NORMAL PART OF DUBAI, YOU WILL NOT GET THIS HERE, DUBAI APARTMENTS ARE GENERALLY VERY NICE BUT THIS WAS NOT, IT FELT LIKE A HOSTEL BUILDING. THERE ARE MANY NICE APARTMENTS IN JVC SO DONT BE FOULED BY THE PICTURES.

Positive: الموقع نظافة الشقه Negative: لا يتم الإلتزام بموقف السياره المخصص من اغلب الساكنين كثرة الحيوانات الأليفه في العماره ازعاج وإقامة حفلات مزعجه في العماره رائحة التدخين مزعجه

Positive: It was neatly kept and as per pictures Negative: Getting in an out is a hassle if you have a car The dustbin was open and no cleaning no when your stay is long No dustbins in the washrooms

will not be repeated Positive: location is calm and the size is good Negative: it is not clean the sofa is very dirty.. no trash basket in bathrooms ..floor is dirty .. checked in at 6 pm and i have found the cleaning team inside the apartment and still not done cleaning.. found a lizard in bathroom.. no facial tissues
