Studio agréable et cosy à JVC

Positive: The reality was much worse than the photos. We had several issues with the unit - TV wasn't working - unit wasn't clean when we first arrived - fridge isn't cooling - responsible people were hard to reach It was stressful moments during the first few days. I had to organise cleaners to come frequently

An amazing Studio in the JVC Positive: I had the pleasure of staying at Pantheon Elysees 2, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The studio exceeded my expectations in every way. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a chic and cozy ambiance that instantly made me feel at home. The interior design was tastefully done, combining modern aesthetics with comfort. The studio was spotlessly clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Whether I wanted to explore the city's vibrant culture or simply relax, everything was within reach. Moreover, the host, Hilal, was outstanding. His warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with his attentiveness, made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and his helpful tips about the local area made my trip even more memorable. In conclusion, I highly recommend this studio at Pantheon Elysees 2 to anyone visiting Dubai. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and hospitality. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Dubai. Negative: I recently stayed at Pantheon Elysees 2 in Dubai and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The studio itself was comfortable and well-appointed, meeting most of my expectations. However, I was disappointed to find out that some of the amenities closed at 11pm. While the amenities provided were of good quality, I believe that they should be available 24 hours. As a guest, having access to facilities such as the gym or lounge area throughout the night would have been a great convenience, especially for those who prefer to use them outside regular hours. Apart from this, the staff was friendly and the studio's location was convenient for exploring the city. But the limited access to amenities after 11pm was a drawback for me, and it would be beneficial if they reconsidered their policy to provide 24-hour access to these facilities for guests' comfort and satisfaction.

Недорого. Не советую для семьи с детьми Positive: Цена очень приятная. Матрац удобный. Туалетные принадлежности есть в номере. Кухня маленькая, но на ней можно сделать себе чай кофе. Что-то сварить и пожарить, хотя мы не пользовались. Остальное очень хорошо на фото, но не так хорошо в жизни. Смотрите метраж апартаментов перед въездом. Negative: На фото и по званию милая тихая квартира с хорошим бассейном во дворе. В реальности. Маленький и не самый чистый бассейн. Вокруг него строятся два больших дома. Звуки стройки. фото приложила. К отзыву. Ground floor, окно и балкон выходят на дорогу с машинами и парковкой. Соответственно на балкон надо выходить в уличной обуви, там пыль как на дорогу. На ресепшене все время, но и в номере по приезду были мухи. Персонал на ресепшене нас не пускали в номер, пока мы не покажем то ли код бронирования от букинга, но моё бронирование (номер и пин) их не устроили почему-то. А потом номер от key box, ящика с ключом, стояли рядом с дверью смотрели, как мы открываем. Бронирование мы показывали и в программе и в письме. На руках держали спящего ребёнка. Не приятно. В итоге пришлось писать хозяину номера, он сам вышел с ними на связь. Кран кухне стоит починить. По окончанию проживания я получила за день письмо с множеством восклицательных знаков и с напоминанием, когда надо выехать. Но мы и не собирались никого задерживать. Совсем не похоже на опыт с другими прекрасными отелями из букинга. Если вам нужно дешёвое жильё, то ок. Но для приятного отдыха в Дубае ну так, на любителя.
