Unacceptable prices
Positive: The trick was the price mentioned according to the application 253 dirhams + tax, an excellent price. There was something hidden after that, cleaning 200 dirhams. Why?

لا أنصح أبداً بإرتياده (تجربة مريرة ومتحسف عليها)

-طوال فترة إقامتي لم أستطيع الدخول والخروج من بأريحية لعدم تفعيل بطاقة الدخول الإلكترونية مما أضطر إلى إجراء إتصالات لموظفي الأمن وترجيهم لفتح البوابات للدخول والخروج مما جعلني أهدر وقت إجازتي على الفاضي وإشغال ذهني وإزعاجي طوال الوقت.
- الغرفة ضيقة وبالكاد تستطيع التحرك فيها
- باب الشقة تحتاج إلى عضلات لفتحة وإغلاقه (إحتكاك اطرافه)
- لا تعرف مع من تتواصل حيث لا يوجد مكتب إستقبال وتضطر للتعامل مع موظفي الأمن فقط والتواصل مع أحد الأشخاص خار ج المبنى وبعد أن تدفع لا يرد على الإتصالات وكأنك تتعامل مع المجهول.
- أفادوا بعدم قبول بطاقتي الخليجية وأنهم يحتاجوا لصورة جواز سفري مع العلم بأنه لا يوجد لدي جواز في ذلك الوقت لأن تنقل الخليجيين في دول المجلس يكون بواسطة البطاقات فقط.
(لو يتم منحي السكن فيه مرة أخرى بشكل مجاني سأرفض قطعياً العودة له مرة أخرى)
